Well, Algarve style chocolate! Today we brought a basket full of carobs (alfarobas) to treat our beautiful girls — Laranjinha, Tangerina, Pipoquinha, Bolota — and of course, young Figo, who never wants to be left out!
Carobs are sweet, incredibly healthy, and taste just like chocolate.
As you can see, they absolutely love their daily natural treats! 🪵✨

Did you know that Silves is home to the second-largest monarch butterfly colony in the Algarve?

Right here in our garden, they absolutely adore our blooming Lantana bushes. Today, during our Farm-to-Table Tapas Experience, dozens of these beautiful monarchs danced around the tables, making lunch feel like an absolute fairytale. 🌿🍽️

Not quite! Welcome to one of our guests' absolute favorite moments during our Farm-to-Table Tapas Experience.

These are traditional Portuguese "Peixinhos da Horta" (literally "little fish from the garden") — crispy, golden veggie tempura! Today, they are made with fresh green beans picked straight from our garden this morning, but depending on the season, we also make them with wild asparagus, zucchini, or peas. 🌿✨

We love serving them on this little traditional boat, teasing our international friends that they’re eating our famous Algarve sardines. 🛶💨
